Consignment

– What is “consignment”?

Consignment is a commission sale where we sell your sneaker for a commission.

– How much is the commission?

We don't have a fixed percentage because we can say from our own experience that every sale is individual. In order to ensure that the consigner receives a fixed payout, we specify this contractually in advance.
The consigner has no influence on the selling price. Discount campaigns or similar things do not reduce the consigner's payout.

– What happens if you want the sneaker back?

This is of course not a problem. As a consignor, we give you the right to come by the store during opening hours and take your item back with you.

–You’re not from that area?

No problem! We specify everything online beforehand and prepare the contract digitally. You then send the items to our store. If you request your items back, we will of course send them out on the next working day at the latest. In addition to a flat rate of €5, there are only shipping costs of €5.49 (within Germany).

–How is the payment made?

Payment will be made, as previously agreed, by instant transfer/PayPal or cash upon collection. There are no additional fees for the seller. The payment will be made exactly after the customer's 14-day exchange period has expired. However, we always update you via WhatsApp to keep you up to date.
